Contractors in our network are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Front Range Basements.

Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor.

a) Consent
By submitting your information, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Front Range Basements and selected local contractors participating in your request (see Partner List) via phone, email, and text message (including automated dialing or prerecorded messages) regarding your request and related home improvement services.
b) SMS Specific Terms
- SMS Program Description: Front Range Basements operates an SMS messaging program to facilitate basement estimate requests. Messages sent through this program include transactional and informational communications such as estimate request confirmations, appointment scheduling coordination, contractor introduction notifications, and project status updates. This program does not send promotional or marketing messages.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After you
send "STOP" we will send one final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Front Range Basements unless you re-initiate a request.
